Jamie was very patient even though some of the financing was problematic. That was not Jamies fault, but one of the dealership. I also dealt with Dayna Gall and she was very patient in explaining all the features of MyTouch and Sync. She followed up the very next day to insure that I was comfortable with the features and if I wanted to come back in to go over them I could do so at any time. More
