I live approximately 20 miles away from All American Ford. I found the Explorer with all the options I wanted on there website. Joe put me in touch with his brother Frankie to finalize terms and logistics. Frankie was extremely knowledgeable about all the explorer options and made the buying process simplistic. Even down to the doctor Thomas Stafflie and My ford touch specialist Dan, we left there knowing how to work the all the functions of the explorer. Mike Simpson who is the business manager made the insurance and registration transition seamless. This was one of the best experiences I ever had going in cold off the street.
