Great Experience! Jason White, our salesman, was great at showing us the features of the Chevy Colorado when we first visited the dealership. He understood we were just looking at that time and didn't push us. We then reviewed more material online and after considering several vehicles chose the Colorado. We then made an appointment with Jason to see a particular vehicle we saw online. It was great that Alan Webb shows its inventory online. We could tell Jason just the vehicle we were interested in. He and the vehicle were waiting for us at our appointment time. We test drove it, chose the added features we wanted and made the purchase. Jason and others on the team were great at helping us get the best bargain for the truck. Well done. More

We told him that other dealers offered bette Our experience at Alan Webb Chevrolet was great! We called John Anderson and he gave us his best price. We told him that other dealers offered better prices over the phone. He told us to be skeptical of the prices we were being offered. John was absolutely right. Once we finally got the actual price from the other dealers they were higher than what John offered. There is no BS when dealing with John Anderson. He offers a good price and he doesn't waste your time. Some other Chevy dealers have a well orchestrated and practiced sales process that is designed to wear down the buyer. They waste hours of your time before you finally get down to the actual price of the car. At this point they pull the "good cop, bad cop" routine. The sales person promises a price that they know they can't provide and then they bring in the sales manager who gives you a much higher price. This was my experience at Carr Chevrolet and Mcloughlin Chevrolet. I was especially frustrated by Mcloughlin Chevrolet because they had a really good price advertised in AutoTrader that seemed to disappear while we were negotiating the price. Before we went to the dealer we confirmed the price with the sales manager. When he gave us the actual price it was no where near the advertised or promised price. Mcloughlin Chevrolet also has a stain guard scam that adds $800 to the price of their cars. More
