This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had, it was right up there with Mercedes customer serice buying experience. We just drove down from Seattle to look at a Chevrolet Tahoe. I called this morning to make sure they still had the vehicle and to let them know we were driving down. This is the second dealership that has done this to us and it will be the last. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM ALAN WEBB CHEVROLET. They do not run a honest dealership. More
Our son lost over $8,600 in less than 24 hours with this dealership!! Yes, you heard that right!! Over $8,600!!!!! When he had to return a car he purchased due to extenuating circumstances, they were not fl dealership!! Yes, you heard that right!! Over $8,600!!!!! When he had to return a car he purchased due to extenuating circumstances, they were not flexible in the least to accept a reasonable amount for their time/trouble/depreciation. We simply wanted to get his old car back and returned the car with 50 miles on it. We expected to compensate the dealer for some depreciation but $8.600? Is that reasonable? I think most consumers would think NOT!! We have since written to the owner with no response. This sends a strong message to us that they simply do not care. Whatever you do, be careful with this dealer!! More
Granddaughter took in her 2011 Chevy Cruze for a factory recall.Service writter showed her a page on the DEALER computer that recommended a fuel injector service at 16k to 18k miles. Her being a young college student was under the impression that it was a must do. $140 for a service that is not even on the suggested service set up by GM. Talked to two CHEV Dealers and they told me that they do not even look at injectors until at least 30k miles. Any way you slice it they took advantage of a young girl that did not have a extra $140 but thought that this was a must service. Dealer informed me that she signed for the service and they would not do any thing about the complaint. Bottom line=======stay out of Allan Webb Chey More
