The three star rating was due to the cleanliness of the vehicle and at one point we were barked at by the sales person for asking a question. I don't appreciate being told "buying a car takes time" when asked how much longer it would be before we went to finance. We nearly left the dealership after that comment without finishing the transaction. The finance gal was super awesome, more than happy to work with her again. The truck looked like it was used to haul barkdust and we asked them to clean it again and all they did was blow out the bed of the truck. More

Deceiving ? Not sure if I got a good deal on the car since this dealer ship did not lower the price at all. I step out for half and hour to go to the bank and when I came back the rate on the policy changed from zero deductible to $100 deductible. So deceiving. I was so tired and frustrated and just agreed for it. I should have walked away. More
