The team does not work together. There is not a holistic feeling around culture and company and every advisor does not care to help others out. If you walk in and your advisor is off There is not a holistic feeling around culture and company and every advisor does not care to help others out. If you walk in and your advisor is off, you are screwed to know where or what anyone can do for you. Also, they will book time but not really make sure it is fixed, just do whatever is needed to push cars in and out. It has been the worst service experience and intend to not go back to them for that. Sales is a completely different experience. More

It was a fair price, and maybe I could have negotiated a couple hundred less, but for half the price of groceries for a week, I preferred the pleasant hassle-free quick turn around.
