Broken seat cover bran new. I have always had a good experience with the service center. However, my most recent experience has left me disappointed. I have had my 2023 Silverado in for a problem with the A/C twice without resolut center. However, my most recent experience has left me disappointed. I have had my 2023 Silverado in for a problem with the A/C twice without resolution to the problem. They have replaced parts and stated it is within parameters, but it still doesn't cool properly when idling whether at a stop light or during my workday which requires my truck to idle all day. There was no problem cooling when I purchased this truck, so I know it can work correctly. I'm frustrated that this issue cannot be resolved to my satisfaction. The warmest period of the year is approaching, and I should not have to tolerate this intermittent A/C. The only time it works correctly is when the vehicle is moving without traffic. More
