I am a Service Consultant for Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. I decided I wanted to work in the auto industry when I was in high school, A.A. Stagg High School. I am from Hickory Hills but now live in Plainfield and attended Moraine Valley Community College. I have been in the auto industry for twenty three years and eleven years with Advantage. I have received Service Consultant Top Honors from 2010-2019 and completed the Volkswagen Fast Track Technician Training Program in 1999. I have just recently received the General Motors Mark of Excellence Achievement for Certified Top Performer for outstanding product knowledge and customer service. I am also a 2019 Certified Technology Expert Service and a 2010-2019 Certified Service Consultant.

We have purchased a new and a used car from Advantage. Paulo was our sales rep for both. He has helped many times throughout the year, with things that we needed. Both vehicles have been in for service Paulo was our sales rep for both. He has helped many times throughout the year, with things that we needed. Both vehicles have been in for service and the service department was efficient and fixed problems or did routine maintenance. We definitely would buy from them again and would recommend them to family and friends. We find the informational videos great as they let us know what is going on with our vehicles. More

I came in to get my oil changed as well as for the VIP event I was invited to specifically from the sales event. They were to check my car and give an estimated trade in value. I checked my car in, and we event I was invited to specifically from the sales event. They were to check my car and give an estimated trade in value. I checked my car in, and went to the receptionist asking for the VIP manager, in which I was told they would be with me in a few minutes. One hour later, my oil change was completed and no manager or sales Associate came or asked for me during that duration. I guess I wasn't considered VIP or important enough for their time. More
