David has been great from the beginning. He's been patient with me but also gave me enough attention and regard me as an important customer from the get go. He's knowledgable and willing to spend the patient with me but also gave me enough attention and regard me as an important customer from the get go. He's knowledgable and willing to spend the time to provide me with the information I need about the car. I have been to a number of dealerships (mostly Lexus and Acura) and I'd say I have the best car buying experience in this dealership. More
The service here is excellent. I am a business owner and tell many of my own clients about this. It makes me want to own another Acura when my car no longer runs. They get an A+. I've been going to Acura of Peabody for 10 years now since purchasing my 2002 TL in 2001 and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. In my recent experience continued that trend. I since purchasing my 2002 TL in 2001 and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. In my recent experience continued that trend. I was able to take advantage of a special service deal the week after it expired since I was out of town the last week it was valid. Phi Phi Hoang in the service department was extremely friendly and professional. I was provided a loaner car overnight to assist with a logistics issue I had when getting back to the dealership location since I am not local to the area. While my car was being serviced I received updates by phone on what findings were identified (there always seem to be some with a car almost 10 years old) as well as when my car was ready to be picked up. I felt no pressure when declining some of the recommendations. I'll be in the market for a new car soon (170K miles, about 10 years old) but my Acura has served me extremely well. The new facility in Peabody is beautiful. More
We recently traded in an Acura TSX for a new one at Acura of Peabody. I have never had a more pleasant experience at a car dealership in my life having purchased over 15 new vehicles. We were able to agree o of Peabody. I have never had a more pleasant experience at a car dealership in my life having purchased over 15 new vehicles. We were able to agree on a fair price for both trade and new and the whole process was quick and effortless. Larry Holtgrewe, Allen Lim and Vanessa Richards were very professional and courteous throughout the entire deal. We purchased our last Acura from Acura of Peabody also and have been more than satisfied with the service department. The new building is an incredible state of the art facility. We highly recommend this dealership! Artie and Sheila Caissie of Danvers, Ma. More
The people I dealt with were all friendly and helpfull. Even though all of the issues were not cleared up on the first visit and a 2nd ABS sensor needed to be replaced on a second visit Iilana was extremel Even though all of the issues were not cleared up on the first visit and a 2nd ABS sensor needed to be replaced on a second visit Iilana was extremely pleasant upbeat and good to deal with. As to price aauto repairs always seem to be more expensive than I want them to be .Especially since I have now spent over $6000 on the car this year. The over all experience at this dealership is of a very hig quality and definitelywould and has warrented a recommnedation to folks. Jim Crossan More
It took close to 10 minutes to be greeted by a service rep. Even a hello, we'll be with you in a minute would be sufficient. The people who greet you were nice enough, but if I have to wait for a service rep, they should acknowledge my existence. My rep (I forget her name) told me that I was all set with a 60k service before they did my oil and filter (she said it was done at 57k). Afterwards she told me I needed to do the 60k service and that she had no record of it. This inconsistancy is confusing; I'm pretty sure the prior owner of the car (my late father) did the 60k service. The oil and filter took 1.5 hours. That seems a little long based on me scheduling an appointment. Jiffy Lube manages to do it in about 30 minutes on a walk in and charges less. The complimentary vacuum was very good. The car wash was ok. Also I overheard my service rep explaining to another customer about something that went wrong with is service, which was why he had to wait so long, comping him the service charge, and then reminding him that her performance is based on "getting 10's" and hoping he would give her one. This was innappropriate to do in the waiting area (and honestly at all) in my opinion. Overrall my father always raved about the service at Acura of Peabody, and this is my second time bringing the car there and I'm not seeing it. More

Amanda called me back within an hour to negotiate a price. We live 3.5 hours away in Connecticut. We drove up, were treated with courteous and friendly service, and we not kept waiting at all. Everyone was kind, helpful and courteous. We were accommodated on a busy Memorial Day weekend, and completed the sale in a short time. The staff all worked together to help us. The experience was pleasant and refreshing. We could not take delivery that day, so they offered to drive the vehicle down to southern Connecticut for us, and even filled the tank full with fuel. The car is clean and beautiful, and we could not be happier. I would not only recommend Acura of Peabody, but even though we are quite far away, I would do business with them again in a heartbeat. Fortunately we will not need another vehicle for awhile but if we do, we will call them first before hunting around. Just a note to others who say that they were not helped in a timely fashion: If you arrive on a busy weekend day like a Saturday, call first and make an appointment. If you show up it's first come first served, and you might be waiting awhile. Don't ding the dealership for your lack of preparation. It's not fair to blame the dealership. More
Very professional and up front with the whole transaction. They also had the best prices on the new MDX, along with a very pleasant Finance person Adam. I took my wife to look at some used cars that we had seen on the internet right before Presidents day weekend. We had been pre-approved for financing and had all our information ready. We drove an hour to th on the internet right before Presidents day weekend. We had been pre-approved for financing and had all our information ready. We drove an hour to the dealership and were very motivated to purchase one of the 2 cars we saw if they were as nice as advertised. The business traffic was minimal at the dealership. Upon arrival and entering the building we were approached by a sales person that seemed to have a put out attitude about us purchasing one of his cars. We could not have been more disappointed in the lack of his motivation during and after we took the car for a test ride. The car had not been prepared for sale, even though it was a front row used car. When we got back from our ride, the sales person immediately took the car to the back lot, and we had to hunt him down and were not invited for a sit down conference or ask our thoughts. We felt as we were being pushed away and given the bums rush. No sales pitch, questions or budget options. A very disappointing experience that gave us no reason to return. Then next week we found a similar car at Herb Chambers in Sharon and could not have been treated better. The sales staff were very professional and could not do enough for us. They were "Enjoy the Experience" driven. We actually purchased the car in just 2 hours and got everything we wanted and needed. This is how a real professional sales team should work. More
