This was by far one of the most pleasurable, stress-free automobile buying experiences. They were not pushy at all and totally customer focused. I made several trips to the dealership and tested several car automobile buying experiences. They were not pushy at all and totally customer focused. I made several trips to the dealership and tested several cars. They stayed patient and focused on customer satisfaction throught my buying and delivery process. Even the business manager - who typically try to load you up with stuff you don't need - wasn't pusy about anything. I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering an Acura. More

Phi recommended service -- belt and spark plug replacement)-- for my high-mileage RL (207,000+ miles) but did not pressure me to have it done as it was expensive. I did follow his recommendation a replacement)-- for my high-mileage RL (207,000+ miles) but did not pressure me to have it done as it was expensive. I did follow his recommendation and all was completed on time. He kept me updated throughout the day on the progress of the service. I was provided with a "loaner" for the day. All-in-all, a great -- yet expensive -- day at Acrua of Peabody! More
Acura of Peabody was a truly professional and courteous dealership. The place was immaculate, the sales experience was great, and the customer care package was impressive. dealership. The place was immaculate, the sales experience was great, and the customer care package was impressive. More
I had to have my rear brakes repaired and had regular service done at the same time. Total bill was about $770. Except as noted below, work appears to have been done in a professional way; I was advise service done at the same time. Total bill was about $770. Except as noted below, work appears to have been done in a professional way; I was advised twice during the day as to progress; I got my Acura back the same day; the total price appeard to be fair; and quality and customer service was excellent. The exception: Someone decided to add to my bill the cost of replacing the wheel lock key, which apparently came apart during use while fixing my brakes. The last time the wheel lock key had been used before this visit occurred at Acura of Peabody (I had tires rotated during service last year.) I had not used it, and I objected to paying for something that was not defective previously. Phi removed it from the final bill during our last telephone conversation (although he talked vaguely about removing the charge, I had to ask him directly if he was going to do that before he agreed to do so). But, on a total bill of over $750, an extra charge of $20 should not have been added at 4:00 in the afternoon to start with. More
The dearlership and especially Larry was extremely courteous, helpful and informative. We had wanted another Acura for years and the dealership went out of their way to accomodate our needs. They were ready for my car when I arrived. The salesman who sold it to me four years ago stopped by to say hello. He still remembers that I drive a 6-speed manual transmission. The service representative who sold it to me four years ago stopped by to say hello. He still remembers that I drive a 6-speed manual transmission. The service representative was cheerful and polite and he remembered what they had done to the car on its last visit. A very nice man in one of their new SUV's drove me to my cousin's house so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. They phoned me to update progress and let me know when the car would be ready. It was ready on time, the work was done well, and the car was immaculately clean. I have a dog, so I know when the car is really clean! I was on my was at the time I needed to be. What more could I want??? More
Michael Ruch was inefficient, rude, and was not interested in customer satisfaction. When service was not carried out in the timely manner as promised- he rudely suggested that we take it to anothe interested in customer satisfaction. When service was not carried out in the timely manner as promised- he rudely suggested that we take it to another dealer. We had made an appointment in advanced and acura gave us an estimated time frame for the vehicle to be diagnosed- however, it wasnt even looked at within their time window or a reasonable time after. I have owned Saabs, BMWs, Audis, a Jeep and most recently my Acura. I am very familiar with the higher end auto service routine. Without question, Acura of Peabody has stood head and shoulders above any othe my Acura. I am very familiar with the higher end auto service routine. Without question, Acura of Peabody has stood head and shoulders above any other shop in terms of service rep knowledge and people skills. I am way out of warranty and yet come back here because they are thorough and will not quit until the job is perfect. They have worked with Acura to get a discount on a few problems that were very expensive and unusual for that car. It clearly makes me want to buy another Acura when the time comes if the service will be performed to this level. More
