The staff was not at all "pushy" about making a sale, and made sure all of my questions were answered so that I could make an informed decision. I worked with David Hepworth and had a very positive experience. David was the most knowledgable dealer I met, and over my 3 month car search I had met plenty of salesmen. David even followed up with me after purchasing my vehicle to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I love my certified pre-owned Acura. I was in the market for a car, I knew what I wanted and had a bank check ready so this should had been an easy sale, I didn't even test drive the car. Everything was ready for me to pick up the car, at least that's what I thought, but when I arrived there, a day after a holiday and a very busy day, the finance manager lost it on me and started yelling at me and treating me very disrespectful. All of this happened in front of the salesperson who did not do anything, did not even walked me to the door; but I turned around, complained with him, called the general manager the next day who said he was going to look into it. that was 3 months ago, I had not heard from anybody. They pride themselves on their customer care but that is a big lie, they don't care. I would never purchase a car from Acura of Peabody. More
