My first visit was solely to look and see. I was given the information I needed, but was not pressured at all. I received follow-up emails offering to give me more information. Steven was very conscious of lots of family obligations which slowed down my ability to make the sale happen quickly and was there to help, not pressure. When I was able to get back to the dealership, many of the staff helped to make the purchase of my car a painless and efficient process. More

Excellent customer service! Great cars. I just picked up my new ILX lease from Acura of Peabody. The whole experience of turning in my current lease (Mazda 6) and leasing my new 2016 ILX was I just picked up my new ILX lease from Acura of Peabody. The whole experience of turning in my current lease (Mazda 6) and leasing my new 2016 ILX was incredibly easy and a stress-free process. Steve Ashe was very informative and accommodating in managing this transition. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and expertly handling & coordinating the dealership's steps towards finding and delivering the ILX I wanted. My contact with the other staff at the dealership was also very positive. Overall, the dealership has created a friendly and professional atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend Acura of Peabody for their car buying experience. More
Great dealership, excellent service, great sales people I just purchased my fourth Acura. I owned two MDX's and then went over to Ford. Loved my car, but wasn't so pleased with the service. Went back to Acu I just purchased my fourth Acura. I owned two MDX's and then went over to Ford. Loved my car, but wasn't so pleased with the service. Went back to Acura and purchased a TL which I kept for two years. I just traded that in for a RDX. The last two purchases I dealt with Steve Ashe. Steve is amazing. A great guy who goes above and beyond what he needs to do. He makes sure you really feel comfortable about all the features in the vehicle before he lets you leave. There is no feeling of being rushed and no pressure at all to buy. At this point, I feel like Steve is a friend. The service is exceptional and I have never had a problem in any way in all the years I've gone to this dealership. Vanessa is also very accomodating and great to work with. Highly recommend Acura of Peabody. Be sure to ask for Steve! More

Steve Ash in particular who was the salesperson who sold me my last Acura. I had been having a problem with the 'blue tooth' feature. I read the manual but I couldn't get it to work. Steve had programed all my contacts initially and set up the phone. I finally called him for help....little embarrassed because I thought that I should have been able to trouble shoot the problem (the phone would not sync/pair though it had originally. Steve told me to come on down. He spent a good hour trouble shooting and resolving the problem. Plus he set up my speed dial with frequently used numbers. The guy is great. He had made his commission but I was more then a number to him. I was a customer. And a RETURNING customer I will be. Acura has an ACE in ASH! Charlie G More

No matter, how the sales disc As a individual in his mid 60's, historically a car buying experience could be one of the most frustrating experiences. No matter, how the sales discussions 'at the end of the day', one frequently believed that they were never treated fairly. However in this case, at ALL times; 1) I was treated respectfully, during the sales process, with both Steven Ashe and Zack Fier, Sales manager, allowed me to obtain a result that was more than fair. 2) The car I purchased has a large amount of 'technology'. The post sales activity/delivery was made with patience and understanding. It took a while for me to understand the multiple alternatives for the operational options for the car. Steven made me understand, the 'how's' and 'why's' so the car could be customized for me. I would recommend Steven, Zack and Peabody Acura again and again. More
