Not only was it there when I arrived, but it had been moved to an area for easy access to see it and drive it. Steven Ashe was the sales person & he was pleasant to work with. Also I wanted to take advantage of the excellent value retention Acura is known for. Having bought the car certified at Peabody Acura, I was very pleased with the service and professionalism there. My wife and I had looked at the Honda CRV first, but I wasn't too impressed. We thought why not take a look at the Acura RDX? The price of the CRV touring top of the line model was 34k, but it seemed like I got much more for just a slight increase with the RDX. We arrived at Peabody Acura on a Sunday morning and was greeted by Steve Ashe. I enjoyed his laid back, no pressure, yet fully knowledgeable style. We took the RDX for a test drive while Steve explained the many features of the car. My wife was concerned that the RDX was much bigger than the CRV, but it was my lucky day when I spotted a CRV at a parking spot, pulled up next to it and we could see that it was just about the same. We went home to think it over, and did some research. My wife wasn't too thrilled about the RDX and wanted to drive the TLX, Steve was very patient with the whole process, even taking time to look up the actual dimensions of the vehicles! After some negotiation we drove off with a 2017 RDX which my wife now enjoys driving. Steve explained the car very thoroughly, even taking time to set up the Bluetooth, seats and mirrors for us. I would definitely recommend Steve when you are looking for a positive car buying experience, and will be doing business there in the future. More
