We planned to begin our shopping at Acura, and then visit Lexus and Infiniti dealerships in the same area. We wanted to compare prices and features of each model, take a test drive at each location and then return home to decide on which model we would prefer. We anticipated returning to purchase our new car at the end of March. Upon arriving at your dealership, we were greeted Greg Berube. Greg immediately made us feel comfortable at the showroom as he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. We were drawn to the 2015 Acura TLX in the showroom which was a Certified Pre-owned car. His knowledge of this model and its’ accessories and features was very helpful. Greg was very knowledgeable and informative as he answered every question of ours patiently. Negotiating our trade-in of our 2009 Acura TL was handled efficiently and easily and we decided to go forward to purchase the 2015 Acura TLX. We picked up our new car on Monday. When we arrived, all was in order and the process was handled very well. Greg Berube took significant time and care and going through all the options and features of our TLX and we left feeling comfortable and at ease with our new vehicle. We both agree that this was our best car shopping experience ever, due to Greg Berube and the efficient office at Acura of Peabody. First time visit. Went to this dealership for the first time. Did not know whether to buy a Acura or an infinity. We needed a suv with a third seat because we now have five grandchildren. After reading reviews on the Acura I felt the safety features exceeded some of my other choices. So far, all is going well and hope to have many years in my new car. More

We had been happy with the dealer the first time around, not to mention the Acura RLX itself, 9 years ago, and the comfort of trusting the people and the car was huge to us, older drivers. And the sense of a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure or games really shows in the cooperation and friendliness of everyone at the showroom. And David was patient with us, scheduled meetings at our convenience, and explained in clear terms the attributes of the car, especially as we took test drives. I would most definitely recommend this dealer, dealership...and the car! More

I spoke to a Finance Mgr to begin with and told him what I was hoping to do and when I asked to test drive I was introduced to Michael Doherty. Michael took the time to educate me on the vehicle details and assisted with a road test and facilitated my purchase. Michael was very professional and willing to work with a new Acura owner throughout the process and even a month after with email follow-up! If anyone is looking for a great car buying experience....look him up! More
