Mark Riggio was a pleasure to work with....very personable and knowledgeable about Acura vehicles. On my second visit with my wife, Mark made every accommodation to make sure we were satisfied with the vehicle choice and the test drives were very helpful in making the final choice. Mark then worked with us to arrive at our priceline and it all worked out well. Also would like to give a shout out to and thanks to Vanessa Richards for getting us a great financial package. Couldn't be happier. My wife and I wandered into Acura of Peabody a few weeks ago looking for a small SUV. We were greeted by Greg near the entrance and we explained that My wife and I wandered into Acura of Peabody a few weeks ago looking for a small SUV. We were greeted by Greg near the entrance and we explained that we had just started looking and weren't ready to buy at this point. No worries - Greg showed us the RDX that we were considering and let us do a test drive. Greg clearly knew the car inside and out. He gave a great overview of the vehicle and compared it to other options we were considering and highlighted the tradeoffs. After the test drive, Greg introduced us to his manager (Zach) and both recognized that we were still doing research and made themselves available to answer any questions we might have via email or phone. There was absolutely zero pressure and they wished us luck with our "research". We ended up buying an RDX about 1 week later (at which point we were introduced to Wil, who handled the details of the transaction). We picked up the vehicle a few days later and Wil gave us an overview of various warrantee options and such (we ended up doing the pre-paid service which will save us a lot on scheduled maintenance over the next 3 years). We were shown the car and Greg spent some time going over the various features and answering any questions we had. The dealership itself is very nice - it feels more like a café (and the coffee is excellent). The entire experience from the time we walked in the door until we drove off with the RDX was a pleasure. I'm trying to think of any negatives and I can't come up with any. 10/10 as far as I'm concerned. Also, and I realize this is supposed to be a review of the dealership, we love the RDX! This is a premium vehicle with a lot of features that goes head to head with options from other manufacturers, including some that are significantly more expensive. It's *so* quiet and comfortable to drive. The sound system is as good as any I've ever heard in a car and I love the adaptive cruise control and various safety features (lane change warning, collision mitigation etc.)! More
