David made my experience comfortable, fast, and most importantly made me feel like I could trust him and the car I would be purchasing. I have never felt more at ease with the purchase I made and loved how fast and reasonable David was to work with. Hopefully I will not have to go "car shopping" for quite sometime, but when i do this dealership and David will be where I am returning to. More

Most efficient car leasing I have done. My past cars have been BMW's. Lexus, Volkswagen and Range Rover. I have never had the kind of attention to detail on my behalf, ever! David texted me the day before and handled absolutely everything before I came. When I went in to pick up my car, just needed to sign the forms, wait for David to cancel my old plates and spent a little time learning about the different features in the car. I was out of there, driving my new car, in less than an hour. I would also like to thank Vanessa Richards who handled the financing and forms. She was also extremely efficient and so pleasant to work with. I am sold on Acura for the future and will be a repeat customer for David Hepworth. I will also refer my family and friends. No other dealer came even close to the easy and straightforward process from Steve and his manager Zack. Great service at a very fair price. I'm a busy no nonsense guy so I like a straight shooter. We went on a long test drive where he had me put the car through different driving conditions. I did not feel any pressure to buy. When it came time to talk money, Steve had me work with Allen Lim who was also quite nice. I ended up getting what was a very fair price for the car I wanted. I checked the pricing against the amount other people paid for the same car on Truecar.com and I really did quite well. I would definitely recommend Acura of Peabody if you are looking to buy an Acura. I also found that the Acura TLX was very competitively priced compared to other mid class luxury cars. Nice car for the money. If you go to Acura of Peabody, ask for Steven Ashe and Allen Lim! More
