I inquired about a 2014 TSX wagon listed at this dealership preparing myself for the typical "sales process" when I was contacted by Zach Fier, their GM of Sales. But is was far from what I expected...no hard sell, very courteous and professional, offering to help if and when we decided to come in. When we finally did go in for a test drive Zach introduced us to Steven Ashe which upped the experience to the best we've ever had, including the test drive truly showcasing the car's capabilities. He was very knowledgable of the car, the industry, and a shared interest in jazz over the years. I can't imagine any greater attention or level of detail even if we'd been buying the new TLX Aspect I was eyeing in the showroom. This included Steven personally setting up our phones and audio presets based on our conversations of the day! Oh, and this all happened flawlessly even when we requested we needed the car that same day. (Shoutout also to their finance manager Vanessa Richards!) More
