Good afternoon Mr. Lambert, Hi Bobby, I was rather concerned when I read your Google review on the MDX. This is Darrell Glass, the service Director at Acura of Peabody. I am the one that worked with you here in the service department and went to Acura on your behalf due to the high beam malfunction after delivery to acquire the Complimentary Service contract for you. I was wondering if there is anything that I can help with. You mentioned on Google that you are having a concern with the keyless start system. I have also attached the repair order where the heater fan motor assembly was replaced for the noise that you spoke of back in February of last year. If for some reason it is making noise again, the attached invoice will show that it was replaced and is still under warranty at any Acura dealer. These motors are not able to be “greased “ as some mechanic mentioned, so if the motor is noisy again it will need to be replaced. I can help you with that directly as per our previous conversation when you were here back in July for the tire rotation. I am here to help you with any concerns with the MDX during your ownership as I promised you when you purchased it. Our Certification process is very thorough as you know from the invoices that Zack and I shared with you as to the work that we completed on it before you purchased it. Acura like any other manufacturer has updates in software and bulletins to minimize customer concerns. These bulletins cannot be completed until the vehicle owner has brought a specific concern to the dealers attention. This is why having a great warranty like Acura has, is so important in your buying decision. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance with any of the concerns on your MDX.
