In my opinion, they did not complete the certified preowned inspection- I’ve been back 4 separate times for work on items within the first 4 months. First day driving home high beams wouldn’t work (required for the sticker that they put on the car, so clearly didn’t check this, unless you believe the odds it stopped working between the sticker and sunset 1 hr later). I could have got a rejection sticker and returned the car under MA law but the GM put a lot of pressure on how much of “a hassle this could be on someone that needs to drive to work everyday” so we settled on a free extended warranty (this is a good deal, no doubt). 5 days later the first rain came and my windshield wipers would not work but on setting- max. Both of these required 2 days with the car in the shop, basically 4 out of my first 10 days in the shop. 1 month later the car was “shuddering” at low acceleration speeds for what they called a known issue requiring a software upgrade. This fixed the problem but was an issue from day one and a known Acura Service bulletin not checked during inspection. This was a 1 day shop fix. 2 months later blower fan started making loud noise, they said they replaced it, but 6 months later the same issue came up. The tech said they most likely just greased it and probably did not do a full replacement, I wasn’t paying for the work with the warranty so what harm could that do? Finally, I now have a keyless start problem error message that required ANOTHER shop visit for my 6th unscheduled maintenance visit in 12 months (purchase MDX end of Jan 2017)! Bottom line, a reputable place would have taken my initial request when I returned 12 hours after closing the deal with major electrical problems. Rather then do the right thing they pressure someone with the threat of a long battle, without a vehicle and still making payments, to actually implement the 7 day MA inspection requirement of the mass lemon law. They do not do the inspection they say which makes any certified vehicle sold here questionable. Will DeMarco just seemed rude and that I was wasting his time and a moron for not buying the extended protections he was offering- for this reason I have included him in this review. More

Very accommodating, friendly and informative Acura of Peabody is very customer orientated. They make sure the customer comes first. The most pleasant car purchasing experience. I first contacted the dealership via internet when I found a previously owned vehicle that fit my rather stringent requirements. I was contacted as soon as the dealership opened and when I got there, a 30 mile drive, I felt welcomed and unrushed. There was no pressure, just courteous attention. No haggling, just a fair price.
