Made an appointment for oil change to find out appointments can be made but are not honored. I made the appointment especially as my time is extremely limited. Was told “yes we take online appoint appointments can be made but are not honored. I made the appointment especially as my time is extremely limited. Was told “yes we take online appointments but it is first come first serve”. Also, I had a 10% off coupon For service. When I presented at cash out, I was told oh I can’t do that you would half to have them redo all of the paperwork. Which I didn’t have time for, nor did the coupon say you had to present upon check in. Whole thing was an irritation. Only good thing was my car was washed while there. More

I scheduled an appointment to get brakes on my RDX replaced. Service Team quickly came over to greet me as well as begin processing car for service. I just bought a certified MDX a couple days ago. Jerry was super friendly with my family and me. We felt so comfortable with him because he put no pressure on us. From the moment you pull into the Service bay, you are treated by a warm welcome and promptly directed to the service desk. Other members of the team, including Bill, took the time to introduce themselves to me and chat while I waited. Cody reviewed my service history and kindly provided recommendations. I was promptly give a new loaner vehicle. Throughout the process I was contacted by Cody to updates to set my expectations and then again the following day to ensure my vehicle was running smoothly.
