Rick provided me with excellent communication in regards to the service Patrick Quinn performed on our RDX. The technician diagnosed a vibration that was occurring between 30-70 MPH, we were told by the Dealership we purchased the vehicle at it was a tire vibration. Pat provided a very detailed and precise diagnosis of the issue and laid out a solution to rectify the problem, which was determined to be drivetrain related. We also had a software update and the transmission is shifting better then it ever has. Thank you Acura, Rick and Pat! Top notch service More

Needed a fast oil change Last Wednesday, after seeing that I needed an oil change before a 500 mile weekend trip, I called Acura of Peabody on Thursday morning. By the time I got to the dealership, there were 2 cars ahead of mine. After about an hour and a half, I had to leave and, looking into the service bay, saw my car. I assumed that they had yet to service it and told them I couldn't wait any longer. "No, no...that's your car and it's all done". I was very appreciative to say the least. More
