Amazing Service from Yves! I would highly recommend Yves at Concord Acura in the service department. It was Saturday morning, after leaving my house from Marin towards the east I would highly recommend Yves at Concord Acura in the service department. It was Saturday morning, after leaving my house from Marin towards the east bay to pick up my child, I realized I had a nail on my tire. I was close to Honda of El Cerrito where I usually take my car for service and they were quite rude and dismissive telling me that there is no way they could help me. They said not to drive my car and to tow it Monday for an appointment even after seeing that my family was in the car with me. I was upset because I have been going to them for years. I drove to Acura in Concord and Yves greeted me as he was walking out of the building. He was super friendly and supportive seeing how frustrated I was. He told me they were swamped but he would try and find a way to help me out. He went out of his way to squeeze my car in to have the tire replaced. He told me it would be like 4 hours or so, but that he would get it done. He called us a Lyft and we went to the movies. He called me before the movie was over telling me that my car was ready. I was super happy! I am grateful to Yves for helping me out in this situation. I would highly recommend Yves at Acura Concord in the service department. More

Purchased a used RDX We have purchased 3 MDX, now we are trying the RDX because we wanted a smaller car, but like how the Acuras perform.
