Do NOT buy or service your car here – they are scam artists and their service department is embarrassing incompetent. After taking my car in for an oil change, I was notify my rear brakes were worn ou artists and their service department is embarrassing incompetent. After taking my car in for an oil change, I was notify my rear brakes were worn out after just 15k total miles and 5k after I bought it - as a Certified Pre-owned no less. The service rep said they would investigate to see what could be done with repair costs. Well, that was last I heard from anyone in the service department. Over a 3 week span, they never called me back, never returned my voice mails or emails. When I contacted the person who sold the car, they responded with “At this point there is not much I can personally do. Except have sympathy for your current situation.” Really, all he can do is provide sympathy? I’ve since found out Honda/Acura lost a class action lawsuit due to faulty rear brakes and legally required to repair them… and still they only response I get is sympathy. I found an Acura TL online, and I quickly called this dealership and made an offer on the car. My offer was accepted, and I tried to pay for the car over the phone with a wire transfer. Unfortunately I was unable to make the transfer due to the fact that is was a Friday, and the money wouldn't go through until Monday. I decided to make the trip up Saturday evening after work. I had talked to my salesman Juan (and Chuck) to ensure my car was still available. I purchased a train ticket for Saturday, and had my weekend planned around driving the car home. I even confirmed with the salesman that the car was available before I boarded my train. He said "The car is safe, don't worry about it - you'll have your car at 10 AM tomorrow!" I boarded my train, and after 4 hours on the train, I received a text message from my salesman stating the car was sold. Not a phone call, a text message. I tried calling him back, but he would only text me. Here I am Sunday morning, 5 hours away from home... without a car. Thank you Concord Acura for screwing me over. More
I bought 2007 MDX in May, 2007. I sent quote to this dealership and the response was quick (within one day). The quote was one of the highest. The next day, the sale called me to follow-up. I told hi dealership and the response was quick (within one day). The quote was one of the highest. The next day, the sale called me to follow-up. I told him that I had better quote than his. He replied that they could not go lower. So that was end of the story. The sale is polite and responsive. However, the price is not flexible. More

I've had my '30 MDX serviced here twice. Both times I was quite satisfied with the service itself, the price, and the attitude. In addition, unlike many dealers,they washed the car afterwards.<br>The proble quite satisfied with the service itself, the price, and the attitude. In addition, unlike many dealers,they washed the car afterwards.<br>The problem if anythign was in getting an appointment. If you call, they tell you they are booked for two weeks. Just show up and you'll get service that or the next day. So be prepared to drop off the car. More
