Oil change review. The front office reception and billing is top notch and efficient. They are friendly and courteous. They bullied and unnecessarily stressed me out I needed a new key made for my car. Something that realistically should have been an hour became a great stress for me! I spent a solid 5 hours just t I needed a new key made for my car. Something that realistically should have been an hour became a great stress for me! I spent a solid 5 hours just trying to make them satisfied that it was okay to make me a new key. I had to eventually guide the specialist to let me speak to his director. Then, the director clearly had an answer prepared so I made sure to point out specific errors in his logic. After he couldn’t do anything, saying his hands were tied... I suggested he consult his boss because it was the next logical step. How come nobody here felt like taking it upon themselves to go to their superiors when they were unable to achieve something?!! After five hours and constantly feeling humiliated and insecure, although I knew I was in the right, the general manager of the location spoke to me and said everything will be taken care of. An hour later, I was done and leaving. Had ALL staff escalated when the appropriate time had come to, I wouldn’t have been put through 6 stressful hours. It was miserable and unnecessary. The director was the biggest kink in the hose for certain. More

Scammers transmission sevice only...I just replace my air filter with k&n for 70$ ang my cabin filter for 50$ And they replaced with cheap filters and charged transmission sevice only...I just replace my air filter with k&n for 70$ ang my cabin filter for 50$ And they replaced with cheap filters and charged me 120$ and 35$ in labors without letting me know.How Mr. J.Mendoza 846 replace new fiter K&N and new cabin filter with cheap filters whitout checking it before replacing it.And how they do transmission sevice without telling me is only fluid change no filter replace,no gasket ,that is not a transmission service for 220$ Last visit for me. More
