Deplorable is the only way I can describe the Service Center in Acura Berlin. The biggest mistake I've ever made was bringing my car into this dealership and continuing to go back for some unknown reason Center in Acura Berlin. The biggest mistake I've ever made was bringing my car into this dealership and continuing to go back for some unknown reason. Matthew is very nice and polite which is the only positive thing I can say about the department. For the last 3 years I've been taking my brand new car in for service and problems (and there's been a lot) and other than a couple of times, there's been a problem every time. There's no sense of urgency to return phone calls for days, parts not being ordered which causes delays, problems not being fixed or even addressed, and just absolute disregard for customer needs. I have no clue why I am having such bad luck with the services when all other reviews are great. Truly disappointing. More
