Customer-centered Professionalism (Ron Comrie) I want to feel like I bought the car that I'd envisioned, stayed within my price range and that the car salesperson assisted me in achieving my goals. I want to feel like I bought the car that I'd envisioned, stayed within my price range and that the car salesperson assisted me in achieving my goals. That's exactly what I experienced when I bought my Acula ILX from Ron Comrie. After greeting me, he asked me to tell him my three (3) car purchasing goals AND he wrote them down! Needless to say, I was impressed and I do NOT like dealing with car salespeople. Not only did he write them down, but he kept redirecting me back to my goals when I would get side-tracked which is easy to do when test driving such beautiful cars as Acuras. I eventually walked out with the car that satisfied all 3 of my goals (style, affordability, safety) which made me happier then ever before with a car purchase. I only want to work with Ron Comrie and if by chance I cannot work with him with purchasing a car, just be forewarned that he raised the expectation bar for other car salespersons. More

I went there to purchase an Acura and was meeting Ron for the first time and he was so courteous and professional that I wonder if human being like him is still around. Very nice individual to do business with. Lake. More
Great satisfaction of overall buying experience! I would like to express the satisfaction of the overall buying experience at Acura of Pembroke Pines. We have been selling Honda Marine outboard moto I would like to express the satisfaction of the overall buying experience at Acura of Pembroke Pines. We have been selling Honda Marine outboard motors for the past 28 years and I truly understand the quality of the Honda/Acura product. I did my research to find the perfect tow vehicle (5,000 lbs), as well as optional additional seating, and the quality and luxury of the Acura MDX. I found this dealership had the vehicle I was looking for. I worked with the knowledgeable, professional and courteous sales representative, Ron Comrie. I worked via phone to get the details fine-tuned since I was 1 hour 45 minutes away with a busy schedule. Ron gave me no surprises and made the whole buying experience smooth and easy. I highly recommend Ron Comrie as your salesman at Acura of Pembroke Pines, and I absolutely love my Acura MDX!! Barbara More
I feel I was treated dishonestly. On March 31, 2017 my wife and I bought an Acura with Pembroke Pines Acura. Our sales agent was Anthony Morales (we pronounce it Moral-less now). M On March 31, 2017 my wife and I bought an Acura with Pembroke Pines Acura. Our sales agent was Anthony Morales (we pronounce it Moral-less now). My Sales agent: He promised us that he would secure the following as a function of the sale, and even meet me halfway between the dealership and my office since it was a long drive: Missing 2nd key CD’s and a folder of paperwork from our previous vehicle All weather floor mats and cargo liner Touch up paint (we had a free coupon) Missing cross rails from luggage rack We contacted him multiple times after driving off the lot by text, email, and over 20 times by phone. Each time, he indicated he was not on the lot, and would call us back. Zero times is how many he called back. I even sent him a copy of this review stating it would go up online and be sent to Acura corporate, and posted on social media in a week if I didn’t hear back from him - which I didn’t. He is apparently the old style of used car salesman - I thought this was the new world where buying a car was painless. It’s not only aggravating, it’s a dishonest bait and switch. And I feel it’s premeditated by the dealership, as we had to sign a form that stated we were not relying on anything the sales agent told us as a part of the deal. This is our 6th consecutive Acura. We have always loved the product, though this experience has seriously soured us. On each prior sale, we negotiated with the salesman at Napleton’s Acura in similar good faith. And in each one, they came through with the promises… all weather floormats and a 2nd key were always part of it, as was matched touchup paint. It’s really not that hard, or that expensive. We have another Acura at over 120k miles… soon we will have to replace it. I had even told Anthony this, thinking potential future business would help spur him along on a return call or two. But, apparently he doesn’t care about future business for the dealership. So, we’ll be replacing that one soon. Either at Napleton’s Acura or maybe with an Audi - I hear their product is ranked higher. I don’t care if you live in Pembroke Pines - make the drive to Napleton’s, it’s worth it. Literally the only reason we went to Pembroke Pines was because Napleton’s didn’t have a used MDX we liked. We’ll never go back to Pembroke. Check the ratings online… it’s not just me that has issue with them. More

Think twice before going to "Acura of Pembroke Pines" I bought a new Acura tlx on April 21, 2016. I had salesman, Terry a gentleman, who guided all process until we got outside at 9.30pm. Next day we no I bought a new Acura tlx on April 21, 2016. I had salesman, Terry a gentleman, who guided all process until we got outside at 9.30pm. Next day we noticed a broken rear deflector on passenger side and informed salesman. We totally desperate as we felt we cheated under dark. He asked to bring car and said he need to order the part. He told he will inform as parts reached. When we came to replace for the broken part, I informed the Senior sales Manger Mr. Scott Ticker. I don't want to explain his attitude toward us when we met him as I don't have words to describe it.He thought we steal the car from dealer. I explained what happened. The first words came outside as " who is going to pay for this damage?." We really shocked. I know if this happened to anyone they won't tolerate this behavior. I didn't do anything wrong except purchase the Acura of Pembroke Pines.I explained what happened. He called few people on phone and rushed to other places. I felt ashamed of myself for the decision of meeting these culture-less people. I have heard many cheating and gimmicks in business to gain more money, but this was a new experience. He, Mr. Scott Ticker, was a disaster for the dealer. I am sure they, Acura of Pembroke Pines, going to suffer their reputation by these scoundrels. It's the manner of unethical culture of cheating for financial gain. I live in Pembroke Pines. So I thought it will be more convenient to deal with Acura of Pembroke Pines. Now I realized the culture of business. Best of luck. Thanks Jacob More

They were unprofessional impolite etc. They said the car was as is even tho it was only a day after I bought it. Don't buy from here they lie and pretend to be on your side just so they can earn your business. You couldn't pay me to buy a car from Craig zinn auto groups ever again. More

Do not purchase your vehicle from Michael Duggan I just purchased a vehicle from this dealer and am extremely disappointed by a member of their sales team name Michael Duggan. I went in to the dealer I just purchased a vehicle from this dealer and am extremely disappointed by a member of their sales team name Michael Duggan. I went in to the dealership and paid cash for a vehicle that is less than two years old and spent a total of 7 hours at this dealership, during which time I was consistently stalled by being told that the oil was being changed, the battery replaced, and a recall was being fix. Less than 24 hours after I drove away from the lot, my car wouldn't start because my supposedly brand new battery had died. I had to call roadside assistance to get a jump. I called and spoke to Duggan, and he sounded very willing to help. He said he would call right back. The following day, he had still not called me, so I sat at my home with a $$,$$$ paperweight parked out front. I called Duggan AGAIN, and he said that he was speaking to the service department and that because I live an hour away, he would send someone to fix the issue. Low and behold, 4 hours passed and I heard nothing. I texted him that I needed this issue resolved, and he took time out of his busy day selling vehicles to respond with an "OK." I plan on going through another Acura dealership to get this issue resolved because I made the mistake of trusting an incompetent salesperson with my decision to purchase a vehicle that I hoped was reliable. I am extremely disappointed by the level of service that I have received from this man. I would highly suggest going through another sales person, as some of them are extremely professional and helpful. Other employees at this dealership were also extremely helpful, but unfortunately, one bad apple can spoil the bunch. More
