I purchased a used 2022 Genesis GV80 from this dealership in June 2026. The vehicle was shipped to me in Maryland and arrived with an active ant infestation and a non-functional driver-side seatbelt. The ant infestation was documented by the transport driver at delivery and reported to my sales rep Michael Duggan on day one. Every time I called Michael, he kept calls under two minutes and rushed me off the phone. Follow-up after follow-up went nowhere. I escalated to the Used Car Sales Director, Ryan Reeves, who acknowledged the dealership has a known, ongoing ant problem on its property. He offered to cover the remediation cost, confirmed it was “approved and processing” on June 23, promised the check would be sent July 13, then claimed it was mailed July 15. It never arrived. I reached out to GM Larry Schlossberg and General Sales Manager Sam Nelson directly — neither responded. After nearly two months of broken promises and complete silence from management, I filed a small claims action in Broward County. The check arrived shortly after they were served. The vehicle also came with non-OEM budget tires that were not disclosed at the time of sale. This dealership will take your money, ignore your calls, and make promises they don’t keep — until you take legal action. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere. More
