Alex and Jordan in the maintenance department explained the different possibilities and options that we should take. I handed over my keys and walked directly to the sales area. That’s how optimistic I felt. Met James, a rockstar sales person and already was picturing myself in a brand new MDX. Two hours later after doing a transmission flush, they handed me back my keys. I immediately felt the difference in my vehicle and felt like I’d won the lotto. The problem was resolved and I can’t thank them enough for it. Next year when I plan on buying a new MDX I found the place, and the people I trust to make that happen. More
