David Gomez was good. Manager Scott kinda let me down. Safety was his concern for me. But I still have a tire pressure light on in my car and even after changing all sensors at a $200 cost the light still Safety was his concern for me. The sales staff is disorganized and has no management skills and won't follow through. In other words amateurs like one would find at a used car lot. They will take your money but then the customer servi skills and won't follow through. In other words amateurs like one would find at a used car lot. They will take your money but then the customer service ceases. I have previously bought five other Acuras and the experience with the prior dealers is night and day. I sent an email in great detail to the GM Mr Schlossberg explaining all the problems I had with his firm, and no courtesy of a response --which means the problems begin with him. If you can go elsewhere to purchase an Acura-- do it. More
