Sales manager Dan was also helpful.I bought a 2016 MDX and already have a friend who is getting ready to come buy one from the dealership also.Kye and indeed Acura Carland will always have my business. Lied to us to get the sale. My husband and I were suddenly needing a new car for our family after an accident. So with our 21 month old in tow we went off to Acura Carland. O My husband and I were suddenly needing a new car for our family after an accident. So with our 21 month old in tow we went off to Acura Carland. Our sales guy Britt Kaminsky sold us on a 2005 Acura MDX with the touring package. (Touring = more $$). Britt told us several times how the Woodruff family owns the dealership. That they replace the brakes and tires on new used cars that have 50% or more wear. That their Acura certified tech looked over the car and it's it's excellent condition. Britt sold us on the car stating that other than oil changes we won't have to do anything else to the car. That EVERYTHING else had been taken care of. Not so. The tires on the car were put on 45,000 miles ago. They are rated for 55,000. Another Acura Certified Tech measured the tread as low. Stated they would need to be replaced very soon. In other words they have more than 50% wear. The brakes are all at 50% or more wear. The rear need replacing soon. The back rotors need to be refinished. This is what another Acura Certified Tech told us. Oh. The bluetooth feature Britt totally talked up to my husband doesn't work. Turns out that the Bluetooth units on older Acura are known to burn out. I've reached out to Britt with our issues. He claims his hands are tied. That the other Acura Certified Tech is lying to us. Trying to get a sale. When pressed about what appears to be a made up policy on replacing items with 50% or more wear he doesn't answer. Britt lied to us about their 50% or more wear policy. Lied to us when he said we wouldn't have to do anything to it for a long time. Other then oil changes. To get us to buy a car from him. So disappointed. We reached out to him and Acura and nothing has been resolved. More

Customer Service Like No Other I must say that the team at Acura does aim to please their customers. After my long search for something new I found the car that best fit me at Car L I must say that the team at Acura does aim to please their customers. After my long search for something new I found the car that best fit me at Car Land. My sales person James Mangham has been a true stand up guy. Pure example of excellence and care for his customer. He has been very helpful with making sure the car was everything I needed and wanted it to be. He was very attentive to my concerns about the high mileage and all other concerns that I found to be wrong with the car. Love my new TLX! I decided to come in a few weekends ago just to look at the TLX. Moses Strand came out immediately and asked how he could help. We told him we were I decided to come in a few weekends ago just to look at the TLX. Moses Strand came out immediately and asked how he could help. We told him we were just looking and probably would not be making a purchase that day. He said no problem and asked specifics about what I wanted in the car. With this information, he walked us around looking for "the car." Long story short, I ended up driving away in my new TLX that same day! Moses was great! He was professional, understood our needs and was able to get the deal done. I would highly recommend going to Moses Strand for your next car purchase. I can also say that after bringing my other two Acuras here for several years, Damon and Steve in the service department are great! They have always taken care of me and my car. More
