If I could give 0 stars, I would. I explicitly gave instructions to Tabiri for them not to change the brake fluid in my wife's car. The car only has 15,000 miles on it. My wife was promised that they had a special (no labor) on wiper blade replacement. And yet, for the rear wiper, they charged labor. My wife arrived early to expedite the service. But because Tabiri was not there, she sat around waiting while other service reps who could have helped her did nothing. This is not personalized service - it's a complete disregard for the value of customers' time. After 3 hours to perform what should have been minor service, my wife drove away and immediately noticed the brakes making weird sounds and being very "jerky". So, back to Acura Carland where she was told that it's because the wheel shine part of the car wash causes that. Why would anyone intentionally cause a problem with brakes like that, regardless if it's real or not? The car wash wasn't even that thorough. The total came to just under $700 for an oil change, rotate and balance, brake fluid exchange (again, explicitly instructed NOT to do), wiper blade replacement (charged labor when promised not to), wheel alignment, air filter replacement and cabin filter replacement (doubt this was necessary for 15,000 miles). All in all, it was a 4-hour nightmare. We will never ever use this service department and strongly recommend no one else does either. The only bright side was Kelly, the service rep who ended up helping my wife. She was helpful. More

I had a problem with windows rolling down on their own. Turns out someone jammed the door lock trying to brake in. This dealership quoted a new lock at around 400.00. When they returned the car there was as two manual keys for the lock not the keys that are in the fobs. I returned the car and the service manager agreed this was not a good solution. He agreed to supply two keys that would fit in the fobs but informed me that they would not work in the glove box. The solution they came up with was another lock and two more new keys at an additional 500.00 dollars. So they misinformed me about the initial repair and took my money for half the job. I am now with a vehicle that does not have a functioning locking system and no where to turn to get this repaired properly. These guys take no responsibility or ownership for their mistakes. Stay far away from this dealership. More

From their lack of communication, their inaccurate information, the 6 inch scratch they put on my car, the sap all over the car from the tree they parked it under, their false promises, and their lack of actually rectifying the paint defect on my 3 month old MDX. Then they refuse to give your their district managers contact info, but her name is Stephanie Barker, she isn't able to talk to the customers from the shops she covers. Now they've told me since she isn't able to have a conversation with me I need to contact Acura Customer Care. I'll oblige and discuss the disaster of a experience I've had, as well as filing a BBB complaint, a complaint with the GA Attorney General, and reviews on various social media sites. It's unfortunate because my purchase experience with Keyur was great. Buyer beware and stay away from the service department, Hector and Alejandro are nice guys but inapt to manage a luxury dealership service department. More

Then, when you decide to purchase, they hide the price of the car by adding taxes, and other "fees", so that you don't realize that they are actually charging you the sticker price, NOT the price you negotiated with them. Then, when you call to ask about it, they don't own up to it, they lose track of the trail of your conversation with them and they refuse to include the original salesperson in the conversation - i guess the truth might come out. Instead, they only let you talk to a manager who was not even part of the negotiation. More

I can't really say thats the dealers fault more than it is cars.com's fault for not specifying that the price shown should be the actual price plus "normal" taxes and fees, which a market adjustment fee is not. Aside from that, the service from the internet sales person felt lacklustre and nonpersonal- he also told me that the "new" vehicle had been scratched on the tailgate, and was waiting for a new tailgate to be installed, which was not disclosed on the cars.com advertisement. Also, salesperson did not answer every question I had, but just gave generic quick emails that answered a few of the questions. More

On 3/11/2021 I took my car to the scheduled appointment at 7:00 am to change the rotators and put brake fluid on it. I was a bit sleepy since I had to take my husband to work around 4:00 a.m. and i didint sleep very well.I leave my car in the service of acura cardlan duluth. the parts were not there, they keep the car until 11/4/2021. I arrive around 12:30 pm to pick up my car I pay everything fine, at that moment I start to look inside my car I remembered that I had left my personal item in the middle space of the auto and it was not there, I spoke with the service supervisor and I had to call the police to do a report of stolen item. I want my story to go viral that justice be served that the employee that rob me get fired,that loyal customers like me should not get rob by the employees of acura cardlan duluth service department More
