I went in with a promotion for break pads replace for $99 or less. I was told that promotion was only for Fords. I didn't see that listed anywhere on the details for the promotion (and if the brands of pads or less. I was told that promotion was only for Fords. I ended up paying almost $300 for a service I was led to believe would only be about $100. I feel like I was given a bait and switch. Really dishonest advertising in my opinion. I won't be going back and I won't be recommending them to anybody. More

Never again will I go into that dealership.Worst Never again will I go into that dealership. Worst costumer service experience I ever had. I went in for a recall in my vehicle passenger airbag. After the recall was fixed, they inspected and did some tests on my car. I authorized some repairs which totaled to about $400. After that, a second call from Anthony in the service department came in to tell me that other issues came up. From $400 it went up to $1400 and my vehicle needed to stay in the shop for a day to get the repairs done. Never I paid so much for breaks and calipers in my life. It was ridiculous. They gave me a loaner car after I insisted because I needed a vehicle to go to work. This was on a Friday and they said the car would be ready the next day. Saturday comes, I dont receive a call that the car is ready until I call at 6pm and they were already closed only opening on Monday now. Monday comes and I get a call at 11 am saying I have to bring the loaner car, pay for 2 days rental because My car was ready on Saturday but I never picked it up. I argue with them about that charge. How could I return a car when no one told me mine was ready. And why would I pay for rental on Sunday if they were closed. How was I suppose to return a vehicle if they were closed. They remove the rental fee so they had to come up with something else to compensate. They do an inspection on the loaner vehicle and find a small cut, like a razor cut on the driver front tire, and say I have to pay for the damage. They say it was not there when they gave me the car and now need to replace the whole tire. They charged me $225 dollars for that tire. I wish I could post a picture here for you to see. Long and sad story.... Will never come back to a place where there is no honesty. They worked on my car for 2 days and didn't even vacuum the mess they made in it. What was supposed to be a free service turned out to be a huge bill I didnt need at the moment. Lesson learned. More
I bought a 2018 ford f150 from baystate and was ready for a new 2020.....i text Kaitlyn who i used last time and she got back to me. I gave her my down payment and monthly payment request...and even though a new 2020.....i text Kaitlyn who i used last time and she got back to me. I gave her my down payment and monthly payment request...and even though i was upside down on my trade... within a few hours she had it done on the truck i wanted.....all via text. She was awesome and got back to me immediately with all my questions. It was the easiest buying experience ever. I went in a couple days later and did the paperwork with Tony. He was awesome as well. Was very thorough and explained everything to me and answered a few questions i had. Overall, the whole experience was an A+ experience. I know when im ready next time for a new truck, ill definitely be back to Baystate ford!!!! Big thank you to Kaitlyn!! More
