This is the worse dealership experience of my entire life. They are shady as xxxx. They don't communicate. They lie. They ask you to lie to the bank. And then to top it off on my case They snuck a 1800. life. They are shady as xxxx. They don't communicate. They lie. They ask you to lie to the bank. And then to top it off on my case They snuck a 1800.00 service plan into my contract without any signature. Any talk of the service plan. And when I caught it They said due to my credit they had to do it for the bank to give the loan. Now after a week of being patient with no call back I finally go in to pick up the car. Again I have to call the bank and LIE ABOUT THE AMOUNT I PUT DOWN. I Get the car and look at the paper work and see the extra 1800. After meeting with them they said they want to take the car back which would have ruined my weekend. Then they started disrespecting me saying how other dealerships couldn'tget me a loan which was untrue. And I definitely got heated and totally called them out for the shady business they are. The manager was belittling me out the door. I am a veteran and overall respectful guy. I have texts messages and emails. Left voice-mail and never got calls back. And I'm suppose to me ok with them adding this charge. I will be contacting the BBB. ALSO THE THE Attorney General office Tuesday. I said one swear word over beinG lied to my face. I am a protected veteran by the A.D.A. act. I plan on taking this as far as I can. Just completely disgusted. P.s. I still don't even know my so called "service contract". They are despicable and the manager who was the name calling and demeaning me was Damien. More
Associates are rude and just a simple recall replacement was like I was paying to get my whole engine replaced. Every step was painful from making the appointment to picking up my car. I would suggest getting new associates/ upper management maybe some females. You can change the name of the dealership but you if you keep the same people it’s still a swamp. I would never consider even an oil change there or buy a car! More
