Brought car in for 2 reasons. Only one was addressed. Was told on phone since I had premier coverage there would be no cost. When I came in I was then told I had 100 deductible. If I need to bring back for other issue I was told I would need to pay 100 deductible again Also no loaner cars so had to get ride home and back again. More
