After researching the Escape on-line, I went to Baystate Ford to take a test drive. Kevin asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and directed me to a few that fulfilled my criteria. Kevin was extrememly knowledgable about the vehicle, explaining all the features and answering my questions. Baystate Ford offered me a very reasonable amount for my current vehicle to trade and presented me with a variety of finance/lease options. I needed to mull this decision over and they were very understanding about that fact and not pressureful at all. It was not a very hard decision. I returned the next evening to sign the paperwork. Once the remote starter I requested was installed, Kevin put plates on my car, gave me my keys, helped me sync up my phone to the Sync system and went over all of the fun stuff my new car can do! I'd highly recommend this dealership. I look forward to returning for my 1st oil change to take advantage of the plush waiting area. More

While the service guys are friendly and helpful, they certainly stick it to you with a smile. $199.95 is the base price for a diesel tech diagnosis? Look I understand that it is a little more complicated, but what happens if the hook up their computer find the problem, plug a line to confirm the issue and are done in 20 minutes??? You pay $10 per minute......then they push you to sign up for some cheesy program where you get 5% back to use for parts and service to up their customer retention, I tried to use the credits a week later and their was no record of my account. I waited 5 minutes while the parts guy was on the phone for that answer and he said that he would have to speak with someone else. I paid the for the parts without getting the program redemption and left. Here is why dealers get a bad rap- I know that you need a base for diagnosis, but maybe an hour minimum or $150, but $200?- C'mon people get real; there are a ton of other dealers around, but I would rather drive 50 miles then go back here More

From start to finish I could not have been happier or more satisfied with the dealership and everyone I dealt with. Kevin even went and picked up the car for me so I would have it sooner. He called and texted me all of the way. This was my third escape and everytime I buy a new one they change a bit. I needed the car that I wanted fast. Kevin Hagerty was the person that I dealt with at the dealership which was Bay State Ford in Easton, MA. Of course I was concerned about not over paying but I needed a car for work and time was far more important to me. Kevin promised me that he could find the car and get me off the lot in my new car the next day. Within 24 hours of my original email I was driving off the lot in my new car. I love it! It is exactly what I wanted and what Kevin promised. Kevin couldn't have been more helpfull! I also wanted a remote starter put in and he set that up for me.
