Since my last communication arrangements we made almost immediately and currently being addressed. The vehicle was dropped off Monday 09/19/21 and the phaser issue (knocking) has been addressed and will be completed with necessary parts under recall by Friday 09/24/21 according to J Camara. The other issue will be addressed after this one is satisfactory completed according to J Camara. Thank You for your immediate action to my situation, it is very much appreciated. I look forward to both issues being resolved and able to continue to be a valued customer returning for maintenance on my Ford F-150 in the future.
