I had concerns about a ton of sensor errors that had come up. Trent in Service told me to come on out and they would take a look at it. On the way there all the sensor error lights went away. Trent hold me that happens but when/if they come back on to drive out anytime they were open and they would hook up diagnostics for me. He was very polite. More

We took our 2015 Buick Enclave because of intermittent no-start-a/c not working issue. Temperature gauge was intermittent. They replaced the EVAP canister purge valve($570). Picked up our car, between Wal no-start-a/c not working issue. Temperature gauge was intermittent. They replaced the EVAP canister purge valve($570). Picked up our car, between Walt Massey and home, the same issues recurred. Took it back, after 3 days, they said "We can't duplicate the issue". Bought an OBD reader, linked to my phone, and received 3 stored codes: Coolant Temperature Sensor Malfunction. I'm not sure Walt Massey used any diagnostic equipment at all. Very disappointed. More
