Service advisor was great, service was fast. When I got in my truck, I found oily handprints on the outside door handle, door, hood, inside door handle, door panel, steering wheel, and the box where the lug lock is stored. The lug lock box was laying on my console and the glove box was open. I would appreciate it if the lube tech would wash up before pulling the truck out for the customer. I had just washed my vehicle before bringing it in for service. I guess I get to wash it again. I'll be servicing it myself from now on or, finding another dealership.
