I would not recommend any dealership other than this one. I have purchased more cars than I would like to admit... but the service and experience I had at Walt Massey Chevrolet in Franklinton is beyond great I have purchased more cars than I would like to admit... but the service and experience I had at Walt Massey Chevrolet in Franklinton is beyond greater than anywhere I've been. I never make reviews about auto dealership because honestly never been to one that deserved a great review. However Walt Massey in Franklinton is different. Now to brag on a few people; Steve Boyd, the general manager greets you and cares about the customers. Runs the business with professionalism, but still has that human touch. Now our salesman, Ty McCain is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, he asks the right questions, he is helpful and a great person to just have a conversation with about anything. We trusted him and the whole team we sent our daughter to them also. Ty sold us 3 vehicles within a month. David and Stephen were awesome with financing options and made that process seamless.
