Found the vehicle I’m looking for at Corwin Toyota of Bellevue. Was told by salesman named Jim that his manager WOULDN’T LET me buy the vehicle for the advertised price unless I had a trade-in. I didn’t Bellevue. Was told by salesman named Jim that his manager WOULDN’T LET me buy the vehicle for the advertised price unless I had a trade-in. I didn’t ask for any deals or discounts, only wanted to buy the vehicle for advertised price. Maybe don’t waste people’s time by advertising vehicles if you wont sell them without other strings attached. What a joke. More

I test drove a '21 Tundra there. While driving it, I pointed out to Andrew Robinson that the steering was off. He assured me that they would check it out. I signed. Took the truck back the next week pointed out to Andrew Robinson that the steering was off. He assured me that they would check it out. I signed. Took the truck back the next week. The said the alignment checked out fine after having it two days. Aftermarket guy ordered wrong running boards. I ended up leaving with what they got because I was tired of not having my vehicle. Driving home and the truck pulls. I have to drive with the steering wheel cocked to the left to keep it between the lines. I called them back. They said to bring it the next week. Two more days of my time and gas wasted. Someone finally drove it and saw what I was talking about. They said they fixed it. I drove it that night and it was the same. I called Andrew because at this point I wanted my old truck back. He told me that they gave me such a great price. I guess I was to be happy with that. After talking to service a few times I was told that ALL Toyotas drive that way. I went to Village Pointe to test drive one. They DON'T all drive that way. I traded in a truck that I hadn't even registered yet for a truck that drive straight. They treat women as if we are ignorant. I will sway all from going there. They were dismissive on the phone and would let my emails go unanswered. More

Very unsafe environment and dont have vehicles advertised After speaking with "Drew" for a few days. Set up appt to test drive a 2012 jeep wrangler. i text and let him know we were on our way. We drove 70 After speaking with "Drew" for a few days. Set up appt to test drive a 2012 jeep wrangler. i text and let him know we were on our way. We drove 70 miles and were assured they still had the vehicle. Upon arrival was greeted by sales person not masked. At the dealership observed not one employee or customer was wearing a mask. Also no one was 6 ft distancing. Believe there was probably 50-75 employees and customers within this large room. Omaha and Nebraska is spiking with the Covid virus. After much confusion...Was seated a adesk of young woman (who went to get a mask on) and was told "Drew" was actually off today. But someone else could help me. OK...then was told told by another salesman (again unmasked and no distancing) the vehicle was sold that morning. Come on people you can do better than that?? Customer service and no respect for their employees or customers. More

Terrible Service from Management and Service Dept Dealership tried to charge for a repair that was covered under extended warranty (2012 Prius V - 8 year/100k warranty has been extended to 15 year/unl Dealership tried to charge for a repair that was covered under extended warranty (2012 Prius V - 8 year/100k warranty has been extended to 15 year/unlimited miles for certain inverter issues - ZE3 extension). Dealership admitted they messed up after 4+ days of back and forth and only after we found the information ourselves and provided it to them. We asked for reimbursement for the rental we got during this time given that this should have been identified immediately. Should add they neglected to even write down the diagnostic codes after running the initial diagnostic so had to do a second one days later. Management was ADAMANT that there would be no reimbursement and kept reiterating that they said they were sorry, that a rental wouldn't be covered under the warranty, so why should we expect reimbursement? As though there hadn't been a delay in repair given their own incompetence. I will admit that we did not handle the exchange as well as we could have, but the management at this dealership clearly has had zero training on how to deal with upset customers. There was no discussion; they clearly just wanted us to leave. Francis the manager told us that we should mention in the review that they paid for the repair, so yes, Corwin Toyota of Bellevue eventually did what they were legally obligated to do all along. I will note that Brett was extremely empathetic and told us that he understood our frustrations. He clearly cares about the customer, while management cared about their egos. Brett arranged for Corwin Toyota to allow us to drive a dealership loaner car once they were informed by us that the repair was covered by the extended warranty, which management advised was out of the goodness of their hearts. However, they staunchly refused to reimburse for the delay time they themselves caused. I would advise extreme caution to any customer before dealing with the service department and dealership management at this Toyota dealer. More
