I believe Max is a service manager. When I drove the car and he came out and did all the nominal things he needed to do. then he looked at my list of things to do and checked the record When I drove the car and he came out and did all the nominal things he needed to do. then he looked at my list of things to do and checked the records. I saw that the things I marked as done, needed to be done, and the things that I marked to do had already been done. He explained a lot of things that I didn’t fully understand. When the car was delivered, it was shiny and as I drove it home it was smooth as New. The waiting room is large and comfortable. There are snacks and drinks, TVs, or shows and news and very kind people that work there. It was a very peaceful waiting time with the car to get fixed. I would guess all the other service managers are just as good as Max. But I would still ask for Max. He talk to me like my friend. More

Most times I have to wait way too long to have my oil change and tire rotation completed. I should not have to wait Over an hour for that when I have a scheduled appointment.
