There was little to no guidance throughout the process, from entering the service bay and checking in, to understanding where to wait, how service updates would be communicated, and where to retrieve my vehicle afterward. Staff interactions felt impersonal and lacked the basic communication and customer service needed to help a new customer feel welcomed and informed. Better signage, clearer instructions, and more proactive communication would significantly improve the experience.

They only did the work I requested and did not pressure me to do the additional recommended services that I felt I did not need. They even informed me that I had a nail in one of my tires after they rotated the tires. I was going to ask them about if they had found something in one tires because I had a low tire warning, but had forgotten.They told me where they rotated it to. and said it would probably be fine for a day or two and to keep watch over it. I was able to get it in the next day for repair.
