****They should rename this place to Sleezy Toyota. **** I spoke with Brad who I thought handled trade ins. I told him of a 4 runner I was interested in but he made it sound like a sales person woul **** I spoke with Brad who I thought handled trade ins. I told him of a 4 runner I was interested in but he made it sound like a sales person would reach out to me after it arrived. I called later and spoke to sales because I decided I wanted to see a SR5 in person and spoke with Ethan. About 5 mins after the call I get a call from Brad who proceeded to chew me out because I spoke with Ethan. I told him my schedule would only allow for me to come last night. Then Brad proceeded to chew me out because he was off at 4PM and was mad because he would have to rearrange his schedule. After all of that I expected Brad to be at the dealership...nope.. he pawned it off to Ethan. Ethan was high pressure and wanted to run credit without even talking numbers or even know what they wanted to give me for a trade. I wasn't happy with those numbers and the manager proceeded to come over and pressure me to take the deal I wasn't comfortable with. When I was ready to leave I had to deal with their irritation that they didn't get the deal. *** Pro Tip- make sure you get a trade in offer from Carvana\Carmax so you can see how much they are ripping you off **** This was truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had trying to purchase a car. More

One thing that could make the car buying experience better is if it didn't take as long as it does. The process takes hours. More
