My experience at this dealership has not been a pleasant one. We have had to double check everything along the way to ensure “add-ons” that were not discussed or okayed were not placed on our agreement. The one. We have had to double check everything along the way to ensure “add-ons” that were not discussed or okayed were not placed on our agreement. Then communication on progress of vehicle for the okayed add ones were not returned when contacted and when picking up vehicle, company forgot one add on, said they could quickly do it. I had to wait for over 2 hours. Then when going over final check, 2 add ons were not even done. They only then told me that our hitch was on back order and our remote car starter wasn’t installed because they didn’t have codes yet for the new model. They said that the service department should have called us about these. Why would this have been sold to me in the first place if the company didn’t have codes and then only tell me when I noted that it wasn't included. One manager did say they would try to call around to see if a local company might have the codes and get it taken care of and would call me the following morning with an update. I am still waiting on for that call. More

I purchased a 2024 Toyota 4Runner that was still being built. It was discerning buying a vehicle sight unseen. We had okay service, besides attempted to be ripped off with a terrible interest rate and price on an extended warranty. The real problems came when we decided to cancel the extended warranty, the scare ta with a terrible interest rate and price on an extended warranty. The real problems came when we decided to cancel the extended warranty, the scare tactics were unethical as well as getting anything done to cancel was ridiculous. My husband cancelled and let Robert know and somehow it took a week for him to get a piece of paper to another coworker so that our cancellation would be processed in 30 days like he originally said. After 5 weeks had passed, no one in finance returned a call for over 24 hours, we got transferred to the “general manager” who didn’t answer and couldn’t leave a voicemail for, my husband had to physically drive to the location to accomplish anything. Robert finally called 2 days later and left a voicemail to “ease our concerns” that did no such thing. Never would work with corwin again and happily refinancing to make sure they don’t get another penny, and happily notifying every person I know to not use corwin. I’ll happily take my 2 years worth of oil changes to any other dealership than this one. More
