Overall the place is nice, the people are friendly and they have a lounge with snacks, coffee, and charging station. However, my car was there for routine 10k mile service and was given back to me without they have a lounge with snacks, coffee, and charging station. However, my car was there for routine 10k mile service and was given back to me without the car washed and without windshield wiper fluid being checked because there was NONE in there. (Never was actually, I just figured I’d get it rectified when I went for service). NOPE. I called my sales agent and told him about the wash and he had me come back and they washed it. I haven’t called him about the washer fluid yet but I’m sure he’ll have it fixed. Sales Dept 10/10. Service Dept 7/10. More
