I recently traded in my 2017 E300 and purchased a 2025 E450 from Dick Dyer, working with Tim Garvin. Within the first two weeks, the check‑engine light came on twice, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. However, every person I interacted with— including Tim Garvin and Hank Dyer—met me with patience, kindness, and genuine understanding. When I expressed that I wanted to return the car, the team immediately began working to find me another option without hesitation. Ultimately, the issue with the new vehicle was identified as a software update, which was corrected right away. I chose to keep the car, and I’m glad I did. I truly appreciate the professionalism, support, and customer care shown throughout the entire process. Tim Garvin and the Dick Dyer team turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I’m grateful for their commitment to making things right. More
