Service would not return calls and failed to explain when car would be ready. Communication was non existent and level of service extremely poor. I have owned multiple Mercedes and interacted with sever when car would be ready. Communication was non existent and level of service extremely poor. I have owned multiple Mercedes and interacted with several different Mercedes service departments. This was undoubtedly my worst experience ever. I was considering buying another Mercedes, but it will not be from this dealer. More
