Finance is rude and does not smile. She treated us with no respect. The car had issues with the axles. It was sent four times for repair and has never been repaired. Finally, the service said I needed to change the tires for almost $1500, and the car remains unrepaired. Finally, I hired an attorney to file a lemon law. Was driving past Dirito VW and saw the beautiful Monterey Blue 2025 VW Jetta GLI sitting on the lot. The refresh for 2025 made it worth stopping to take a look. I was driving my 2019 VW GLI which I love and Blue 2025 VW Jetta GLI sitting on the lot. The refresh for 2025 made it worth stopping to take a look. I was driving my 2019 VW GLI which I love and also purchased from Dirito Bros back in 2019. This has been one of the best and most reliable cars I have owned and is a pleasure to drive. This would be the fourth VW I purchased from Dirito. I stopped to take a closer look and was greeted by Zach Tziolis. He asked me if I had any questions gave me a tour of the car inside and out and had a no pressure attitude. Very pleasant salesperson. He offered to have an appraisal done by Sterling Daniels on my current vehicle which came in higher than expected. After giving me some numbers on the new car that were very fair, I went home to think about if I wanted to move forward. Again no pressure to buy that day from Zach and no annoying follow-up calls. He allowed me the time to make a decision which I ultimately decided to purchase after not deciding to purchase. I secured my own financing through my credit union but Jeff was able to get me a better rate at the same terms through VW Credit so I went with that financing option which ended up making the purchase that much easier. Eddie Miller in the finance office was efficient in getting the paperwork which was all done electronically processed and we were on our way. I absolutely love my new GLI and Zach and the team made it another great buying experience from Dirito VW. Customer for life!!!! More

My salesperson, Mike Raff, was fantastic--just completely low pressure yet incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. There really wasn't any negotiating as the dealership was completely transparent with the pricing and we got an amazing deal. Be sure to ask for him! Also Erin Scordelis in finance was terrific. She was completely organized with all the paperwork organized and helped ensure we were able to get through everything quickly and fully informed. The Taos we leased is a great value and just a beautiful SUV. The lease deal VW is running makes this an even more ridiculous deal. The Dirito Brother VW showroom is really nice, and feels like a luxury dealership inside. Great people, great car, and a great deal--what more could you ask for? More
