I had an oil change scheduled at 11:15 said it would be an hour. An hour and 15 mins later I asked advisor about status of my truck said she’d check and get back to me. 30 mins later I track her down and s an hour. An hour and 15 mins later I asked advisor about status of my truck said she’d check and get back to me. 30 mins later I track her down and said where’s my truck then she proceeds to tell me they have a lift down. So 1.45 hours later they haven’t even started on it I told her to go get my truck I left no apologies I have no idea how long I would’ve been there if I didn’t track her down. I’ve been there numerous times before and it’s usually right around an hour or so. I can’t believe she wouldn’t tell me that there having mech issues right away which I would’ve been fine with it happens but to leave you sitting in there and not say anything is totally unexceptionable. I will never be back unless there some big changes and this is from someone who has bought 2 trucks at the dealership More

Upon inspection, DeHaven found my car had worn suspension components that could potentially be unsafe. They gave me a fair quote and had everything in good order very quickly. I have been to your dealership three times this month no one has even looked at my car yet. Keeps getting rescheduled and I have a trunk actuator that I want fixed. So that I can use my trunk again. You wer one has even looked at my car yet. Keeps getting rescheduled and I have a trunk actuator that I want fixed. So that I can use my trunk again. You were suppose to call me back to let me know when you actually had a tech to fix it. You have not and it's been eight days since the last visit. Each time I have spent two to five hours at your dealership waiting for them to fix it. With an appointment, only to be told that there is no one there and they are on "vacation". How long is this "vacation"? It's been going on for three weeks now. Also, greet your customers when they come in to do business with you. All three times I have been in your dealership no one has said, " Hi, how may I help you?" when coming in to your service department. Gave me the impression that you all hate customers and your jobs. More
