I had a problem with my Suburban battery completely draining twice. The staff were kind, courteous, and helpful from the time I called and spoke with Shelley, met with Jaqueline when I arrived for the draining twice. The staff were kind, courteous, and helpful from the time I called and spoke with Shelley, met with Jaqueline when I arrived for the appointment, Mohammed for my drop off and pick up transportation, and finishing up with meeting Pamela. I did not meet the service technicians that worked on my truck, but they reprogrammed the BCM and it seems to have fixed my issue! Thank you all! More

Instead of doing the alignment that wouldn’t have been accurate and charging me they showed me and asked what I wanted to do from there. Tech felt kind of bad so he checked in with someone and referred me to them to get work done. More
