If I could give Jimmy 100 stars, I would! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me like I was the most important person in the room (which, let’s be honest, I kind of am). I felt like I was being guided by the Jedi Master of sales. He was patient, insightful, and really listened to my needs—almost like he had a crystal ball. But better, because he didn’t charge me for it. 😅 On top of being a sales genius, Jimmy's humor is next-level. I think I laughed more in that 30-minute chat than I did all year. I came in for a new gadget and left with a smile (and, of course, a great deal). Jimmy knows how to make the whole buying process feel like a breeze, and I’m pretty sure he could sell sand in a desert—if he wasn’t already too busy making my shopping experience unforgettable. 10/10, would recommend. Didn't have the car I wanted initially But the Team manged to get me a Good deal on a Vehicle that got my interest in person once I saw it. It was a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas cross sport Sel premium whi manged to get me a Good deal on a Vehicle that got my interest in person once I saw it. It was a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas cross sport Sel premium white 4 motion AWD. A deal was made I was sold on what wanted far as features and appeal and for my personal situation it worked. It also got me started on a Great relationship with the Volkswagen family in all.🙂 More

VW of Downtown Chicago is a modern marvel. The sales staff could not have been more helpful and understanding. The service department is phenomenal and very knowledgeable. I purchased my new vehicle, when I got in to drive it home, my low tire pressure light was on, I went back in the building and told them, they said it’ll go away once I start driving, i live in south wes home, my low tire pressure light was on, I went back in the building and told them, they said it’ll go away once I start driving, i live in south west Indiana and I had an hour and a half drive. The light never went off, when I got home I checked the tire, it had 14 lbs of air in the tire, so I filled it up with air, the next morning I check it again and once again it lost air m, I took it to a local Honda dealership and they found a nail in my tire, I was very upset. Also when I purchased my car the only things I received with my vehicle with purchase was the keys, I asked for papers for a bill of sale and they said they didn’t have any papers they would be sent to me once they received the loan from the bank. The loan went through, I never received anything, I contacted the dealership once more by email, he also told me there was no papers until the loan went through which I was confused because it already went through. I went to the license branch to get my plates. At the bmv I was informed that I should have received my bill of sale with my vehicle and I never should have drove the vehicle off the lot without it, at the bmv I contacted the dealership and informed them and I was sent the bill of sale immediately via email why this wasn’t done when I purchased. My car is still questionable. Horrible service!!! Horrible staff More

I had a good experience at VDC. Emre was a lovely guy and treated us with respect. Ahad helped us out willingly to get our license plates put on, and Julian skillfully helped us through the final paperwork. I didn't personally work with Rocco, but if he were the "Manager "that Emre was discussing our deal with, then I would have a gripe. We came to that dealership attracted by a special price, which we were quickly told was not for real. After some negotiation, we got close to that price but were presented with an offer that added another 2K for the VDC special maintenance plan, which we didn't ask for or want, and preceded to tell Emre why. Emre was then caught in the middle of making the sale and pleasing his boss. We ultimately negotiated the 2K to 1K and were left with paying for a service we know practically nothing about and will likely never use. In the end, we bought a beautiful car and Emre was able to smooth out any awkwardness as we completed the deal. VDC seems like a group of nice people, but they should have a look at the promises about the prices they advertise as well as the extra services they attempt to upsell. More
